RAMM required a detailed implementation plan with recommendations on how to establish a professional and sustainable fundraising operation with limited resource. The project involved reviewing the Museum’s activity and communications; prospect research to identify potential supporters; and consultation with staff, Trustees and supporters. The outcome included a fully developed Case for Support, a list of new prospects, and a month-by-month plan for delivering the initial stages of a fund-raising strategy. It resulted in a successful application to the National Lottery Heritage Fund to support two new fundraising roles that will enable RAMM to deliver the long-term plan.

“We were delighted with the work produced by Nicole and her team. Nicole not only supported us in solidifying our focus, but helped establish a fundraising cultural shift at RAMM which will enable us grow. She provided genuine value to our whole organisation.”
