Royal Albert Memorial Museum and Art Gallery, Exeter

The most successful museum in the South West required a detailed Implementation Plan with recommendations on how to establish a professional fundraising operation with limited additional resource. The project involved reviewing the Museum’s activity and communications, prospect research to identify potential supporters, and consultation with staff, Trustees and supporters. The outcome included a fully developed Case for Support, a list of new prospects, and a month-by-month plan for delivering a fundraising strategy over a six to twelve-month period.
