Liz is an independent prospect researcher who has worked with a range of not-for-profit clients including higher education, arts and heritage, environment and conservation, international development, and health and social welfare charities.
Liz’s previous roles include Client Development Director at Christie’s, Acting Chief Executive of the Kew Foundation, Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, where she had been Head of Knowledge Management; Head of UK consultancy for Factary, a fundraising research firm, and Head of Research at the V&A. She has provided prospect research leadership which has informed and guided major capital campaigns which have included the £31 million British Galleries campaign and the £75 million FuturePlan campaign at the V&A, and the £100 million Breathing Planet campaign at the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew.

Magdalena specialises in Major Gift fundraising.
She has worked in fundraising and business development for over 10 years in the cultural sector in Canada and the UK. Specialising in major gifts and individual giving, she is experienced in working across all income generation including trusts and foundations, corporate sponsorship, individual giving and legacy fundraising for revenue and capital projects. Prior to becoming a consultant, she held senior fundraising roles at Dance Umbrella, English National Ballet School, Serious (London Jazz Festival), Royal Opera House, National Ballet of Canada and National Arts Centre (Ottawa). Magdalena is a Trustee of Dash Arts.
