Turner Contemporary

Nicole audited Turner Contemporary’s existing fundraising activity and assessed its potential for increasing income from individuals and businesses. The audit included a comparator review of similar regional galleries, consultation with staff and existing supporters, and a review of internal structures, processes and fundraising programmes. Nicole provided practical recommendations on improvements and suggested new ideas on how to re-energise the Gallery’s fundraising. She also helped with the recruitment of a new Head of Development and delivered a Trustee training session on how to identify prospects and make the ask.
